Pascua de Resurrección

Semana Santa lleva el nombre de una diosa de la fertilidad alemán. Ella es una figura pagana y las fiestas religiosas, al menos en mi iglesia, toman su nombre de una versión de Pascua. En mi iglesia, los nombres para la semana Santa es Pascua, que significa la Pascua. Pascua ortodoxa debe venir un cierto tiempo después de Pascua, nunca antes.

 

Los huevos, conejos y muchos otros símbolos que asocian son simbólicos de ritos de la primavera también. También es el momento cuando Perséfone regresa del Hades para estar con su madre Deméter. La tierra celebra con ella. Primavera para nosotros es un tiempo para reagruparse, para renacer, para las flores y para plantar. Es un tiempo que ponemos nuestro mejor pie adelante, y cuando las muñecas y los seres humanos saca sus capos de Pascua y del finery de la Pascua.
